Cat’s professional expertise makes it easy for her to collaborate with other fiduciaries, such as financial advisors, CPAs, and attorneys to ensure the maximum benefits and minimum risk to her clients. She gained valuable experience following the 2008 housing crash defending homeowners facing foreclosure, negotiating loan modifications and advising other real estate brokers in their real estate transactions.
It's evident that Cat enjoys her work and the people she represents. She helps her clients avoid pitfalls from the very start and continues to be a resource years after the transaction is closed.
Cat was born in San Francisco and raised in Lafayette, CA prior to living in other cities around the globe. She speaks Mandarin and a bit of French, having resided in Taiwan, Hong Kong and the South of France in her youth. Cat graduated from Santa Clara University and New York Law School. She is a member of the California and Florida State Bar Associations and maintains a separate law practice dedicated to providing legal services to former NFL players suffering from head and bodily injury.
